Melanie has been our realtor for two transactions
since we moved to Eugene. As a buyer's agent she works very hard to
find the best property to meet your specific needs. She spent a lot of
time with us both out in the community showing us properties and at our home
going over lists of properties we could view at our own pace. She even
showed us properties she knew we would not like, but we had asked to see
anyway. She worked very hard for us showing us many properties over

to fit our unique situation. At the time we bought our house here, we
still owned our home in New Mexico. So, we needed some very creative
financing. She helped us find the company that could pull it all
together for us. Then she stayed on top of the loan officer working on
our file. Even up until closing, and at closing, she was on top of all
the extra fees they were trying to add onto our costs. She even managed to
get us a discount that the company had promised but forgotten when it came
time to close.
